Our certificates never-ever expire! (promotional value may expire based on individual merchant restrictions).

We do ask that you only use one el-restaurant.com certificate and per party—even if the party is seated at separate tables or receives more than one check.

Here’s how it works!

  1. Search for restaurants. Find them at el-restaurant.com. Search by location, restaurant name, cuisine and more.
  2. Choose a certificate (voucher or deal). Once you’ve discovered the perfect restaurant, select your certificate. Each restaurant offers it’s own certificate options, including $5, $10, $15, $25, $50 and $100.
  3. Enjoy food you crave and SAVE! Show your certificate directly from your smartphone or bring a printed copy to the restaurant! Simply present it to your server at the beginning of the meal—and celebrate the thrill of a great deal!

My Account

Ready to dine? Follow these simple steps to print your Certificate.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to your dashboard under “My Transactions” to find the one you would like to print.
  • Click the “Print” link in the last column of the table, PDF file will pop up and you can print or save in your files from there.

That’s it! Just bring your printed certificate to the restaurant, pull the email with certificate redemption code or sign in to your account in your mobile device.

Sorry you are having trouble! Here are a few suggestions.

Start at the Sign In page. Check that you entered your registered “Email Address” and the correct “Password.”

  • If you have not yet created a el-restaurant.com account, please click the “Create Your Account” button to register.
  • If you received an error message saying the email address or password was incorrect:
  • Click the “Forgot your Password?” link and enter your registered email address. You will be emailed a link within the hour that will allow you to reset the password for your account.
  • If you clicked “Sign In” and nothing happened:
  • If you are not directed to your account in 90 seconds, the issue may be related to your browsing history or internet cookies. Please clear your browsing history (How to clear browser cookies) and close out of your browser window. Then, in a new window, go back to the Sign In page and attempt to log in again.
  • If you cleared your cookies, and still cannot log in:
  • Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the browser you are using. If your browser is up-to-date and you are still unable to log in to your account, you may want to try a different browser.

If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below:

  • Please click here: Forgot your Password?
  • On the following page, please enter your email address associated with your el-restaurant.com account and then click “Submit”.
  • After you submit the requested information, you will receive an email. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case you do not receive the password reset email in a timely manner.
  • Please click the “Reset My Password” link in the email and enter a new password in both fields, then click “Submit.” After your password is reset, you may access your account or continue shopping.

Be sure to save your new password in a safe place!

We provide you with a tool in My Account to help you keep track of your certificates and transactions. The My Account tool now has a menu that allows you to view your el-restaurant certificates along with other options.

When you redeem a el-restaurant certificate, the My Account tool will automatically update and mark the el-restaurant certificate as Used, and will list the date used at the restaurant.

Terms

Our restaurant partners represent a wide variety of venues. Since each is a unique business, there are unique requirements to use your certificate. To maximize your savings, please make sure you review the restrictions and fine print before you finalize your purchase. Additionally, there is a link on the payment page to the specific restrictions for each el-restaurant Certificate in your shopping cart. Restrictions are also printed on the el-restaurant Certificate for easy reference when you visit your chosen restaurant. Click here for our complete terms and conditions.

The restaurant/establishment is solely responsible for complying with all state and local laws pertaining to the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages. We advise to contact the restaurant directly to find out their policy regarding alcohol.

Many of our participating restaurants may state that certificates are not valid for use on holidays. Some restaurant industry holidays, for example, may include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, New Year’s Eve, or St. Patrick’s Day. If you would like to use one of our certificates on a potential holiday, we would suggest to review the specific restaurant restrictions as well as call the restaurant prior to visiting the restaurant for your meal.

Specifically, el-restaurant.com certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers at the restaurant. Typically on these holidays, restaurants offer special prices and offers within the restaurant. To be sure, always present your restaurant certificate before you order.

Dining Reward

el-restaurant.com members can earn el-restaurant Dining Points when they make and honor reservations made through el-restaurant.com, or our related mobile sites and buy merchant certificates (deals/vouchers). Please note, reservations made directly through a restaurant's website or by calling them directly do not earn el-restaurant.com points. Members can also earn Dining Reward Points for completing a verified review using the “Review Writing Code” provided with every purchase of a deal/voucher and after a reservation is honored.

Reservations typically earn 2 Dining Points. Diners will also be awarded el-restaurant Dining Points based on the purchase of vouchers and deals. Diners will also have the ability to earn points by writing reviews on the restaurant.

Once you accumulate a certain number of Dining Points, you will be able to redeem them for a Dining Reward el-restaurant eGift Card.

el-restaurant Dining Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Please see the el-restaurant Dining Rewards Terms and Conditions for more details.

You can use your el-restaurant Rewards eGift Card to purchase vouchers or deals at el-restaurant.com for any restaurant who participates in el-restaurant.com.

In what denominations are Dining Rewards eGifts Cards given?

25 Dining Points = $25 el-restaurant Dining Rewards eGift Card.

50 Dining Points = $50 el-restaurant Dining Rewards eGift Card.

100 Dining Points = $100 el-restaurant Dining Rewards eGift Card.

el-restaurant Dining Rewards eGift Card are sent via email and should arrive within an hour of your Dining Points redemption.

eGift Cards

It’s easy! Just go to our home page, look for the deals or vouchers that meet your needs and have the code ready to be entered in the coupon/promo box during the check out process.

You do not have to use your whole eGift Card, or credit, at one time.

If you purchased an eGift Card on the el-restaurant.com site or we issued you an eGift card as a refund or reward, the eGift Card code is available in your account with the balance in the “My Transactions” section. You will be able to redeem the remaining balance from there.

An el-restaurant.com eGift Card, can be redeemed for el-restaurant Certificates of any value up to the total face value of the card. For example, a $50 eGift Card can be redeemed for two $25 Restaurant Certificates.

Glossary

  • el-restaurant certificates (vouchers/deals) (also referred to as Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates) – Restaurant-specific promotional certificates that can be accessed or printed and then redeemed at a restaurant to get a reduction in the price of a meal.
  • el-restaurant.com eGift Cards – Store credit that entitles the holder to redeem the face value of the certificate for an equivalent face value amount of el-restaurant Gift Certificates or Merchant Certificates. These can easily be emailed as a gift.

Reservations

el-restaurant provides the Reservation Services to Users (also to Business Owners) for the purpose of assisting User in securing dining reservations at participating third-party restaurants (each, a “Restaurant”). In response to a User’s online request for a Restaurant reservation through el-restaurant.com site, el-restaurant.com directly contacts the restaurant’s management/account owner electronically and place reservation in the store merchant dashboard. The availability of reservations is determined at the time of User’s query. Once a reservation is made by User through the el-restaurant, el-restaurant will provide confirmation of the reservation to User by email. By using the Reservation Services, User agrees to receive reservation confirmations by email after booking a reservation through the Reservation Services.

el-restaurant is committed to providing superior quality services to Users and Restaurants. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the restaurants and their patrons, Users must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation via the el-restaurant site or by calling the restaurant directly.

If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation, el-restaurant.com will send you an email letting you know that our records indicate that you were a no-show. By using the Reservation Services, User agrees to receive no-show notifications by email after a report that your reservation was not honored, whether or not that was in fact the case. Your Account will be terminated if you are a no-show for four reservations within a 12-month period. If you receive a no-show notification email in error, please click here for information on how to dispute it. User agrees that all final no-show determinations will be made by el-restaurant in its sole discretion.

Please log in into your merchant dashboard and select the option of “Reservation Management. from there, you can add, edit and view all reservations time slots available for your location.

Refund

Offers often have two separate values: (i) the value equal to the amount paid for the Voucher/Deal (the “Paid Value” and (ii) the additional time-sensitive value of if the Voucher/Deal if it is used by the Expiration Date, that is beyond to the amount paid for the Voucher (the “Promotional Value”).

The Promotion Value always expires on the Expiration Date indicated on each voucher/deal. The Paid Value will never expire.

15-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE – Within 15 calendar days after the date you purchase an Offer Promotion, el-restaurant.com will issue you a refund for the full price of the Offer Promotion upon request. After this 15-day period, the Offer Promotion is non-refundable, but you retain the amount you paid for the Offer Promotion as a credit to use with the Service Provider from whom you purchased the Service. Any such credit must be redeemed directly with the Service Provider, rather than with el-restaurant.com.

Occasionally, el-restaurant.com sends emails to our registered customers offering an extra discount for a limited time. These discounted offers may provide you with a special promotion code (coupons) to use when you are placing the order. If you have a el-restaurant.com Promo Code you can use it by typing the word or phrase into the “Promo Code” box on the shopping cart page and hitting “Apply.” Your discount will then be applied to your purchase. Promo codes cannot be applied to certain items, like a el-restaurant.com eGift Card.

Fill out the contact form. You will find the Certificate Number in your account. We will use this information to contact the restaurant and ensure a better experience for the next diner.

Ready to dine? Follow these simple steps to print your certificate.

  • Log in to your account. Here’s the link.
  • While on your dashboard, click on deal or voucher and see your certificates to find the one you would like to print.
  • Click “View/Print” link in the very last column of the table. Then click “Print.”

That’s it! Just bring your printed certificate to the restaurant. Want to go paperless? Use our mobile site or present the email sent to you with promo redemption code attached.

eGift Cards: All eGift Cards will still display in the account of the original purchaser and are available for redemption at any time by logging into your account. If you received one as a gift and can no longer find it, just contact the person who sent it to you and they can resend from their account.

How do I access, print, email an eGift Card?
